The frequency of counselling sessions with Speakyourtruthcounselling.com will depend on your individual needs and goals. Most clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly if applicable. I am available for as long as you require me on your therapeutic journey.

At the moment I work exclusively online, however if you prefer face-to-face, this can be arranged in Hillingdon, Greater London.

The therapeutic space is a private and confidential space to enable you to be able to express your thoughts and feelings, so no, the expectation is that you attend alone. 

Studies show that having just one session can be helpful, but evidence based research has indicated that as a minimum, 6-12 sessions may suffice, however I have worked with clients for up to 60+ sessions, so it all depends on the person and what they are bringing to the therapy room. Remember, this is an in investment in yourself!

If I feel that your presentation is beyond my competency, or we're not the right fix, I will endeavour to refer you to other therapists or agencies that will be able to help you further.

I work from Tuesday through to Thursday, so click the preferred time and day on the form below to book your slot. I use a secure management system called KIKU which will book your slot and take payment. If you cannot make any of those days, we can discuss this further at info@speakyourtruthcounselling.com and I will aim to accommodate you, but this will be in exceptional circumstances.
